	At the first attempt of baking, we found a leakage of the vacuum because we saw the vapour pressure at the pump station gauge increase to 1e-4 level. That means there was a serious leakage of this system. Through this project, we nearly fully handle the vacuum system technology and 3D design and material selection. The design showed here is much cheaper than the commercial ones, and will have better properties.
